A Poem of Beginning and End
Lisa, it is a great pleasure for me to present you with the artwork “Enchanting Morning”. You asked me about the creation of the work and I am happy to oblige.
Those who follow my blog and my work know about my deep connection with the cosmos and nature. Nature also played the leading role on that particular morning. It was March 2024, in Bavaria. Spring had just begun and the birds were greeting the day with their song among the first sprouting leaves. When I opened my eyes that morning, a warm, beautiful orange light was shining through the bedroom window. I had a wonderful feeling as soon as I woke up, and when I looked out of the window, I saw the sun illuminating the world in an enchanting orange glow.
The sunlight broke through the leaves and danced in the soft morning mist, creating a play of light and shadow that touched me deeply. I lingered for a while and let the warm morning sun work its magic on me. At that moment, I felt an intense desire to capture this feeling - yes, this magical morning - as an energy signature on a canvas to capture this heart-warming, unadulterated moment.
I sat down to work and poured all my emotions into the artwork. It was finished by lunchtime and I am still grateful for this special moment.
