How it all began
Sometimes the best things happen when you least expect them. Last month, a big dream of mine came true: my first real art exhibition took place - and not just anywhere, but in Mallorca!
I had never specifically looked for an exhibition opportunity, but when I had my first "system dropout experience" on the island, I happened upon the reopening of an art and cultural center. A magical evening with inspiring people! The organizers, Anne and Sebastian, were immediately enthusiastic about my art and invited me to take part in an exhibition as a German artist. A few months later, things got serious: I packed my works (only lightly padded) and sent them to Mallorca via DPD. Everything arrived undamaged, and two weeks later I traveled there to experience my art in person.
The vernissage - an unforgettable evening
The exhibition opening was a complete success! Numerous guests came, and together with two other artists we created a harmonious, inspiring atmosphere. I was able to make valuable contacts and have many interesting conversations. I was particularly proud to give my opening speech clearly and with full energy - a moment I will never forget.

On the second day, there was a special highlight: a live painting together with Mia. It was an incredible experience to share my creativity with the visitors in real time and to see their immediate reactions.
Why did it work?
Mallorca has a life motto that perfectly describes how this exhibition came about: “Go with the flow” - follow your feeling. I accepted this invitation, presented my art with positive energy and was thus given the opportunity to exhibit my works. Despite small organizational and interpersonal challenges, I just kept going - and it was worth it.
And what's next?
The exhibition is still running and my pictures will remain on Mallorca afterwards. They will either find their place in a new exhibition or be presented in a restaurant. Thanks to my new contacts on the island, follow-up exhibitions are already in the pipeline and I'm looking forward to returning to Mallorca this year for another art project.
This experience has shown me once again: If you keep an open mind, recognize opportunities and just get into action, great things can happen. My first exhibition was just the beginning - and I can't wait to see what comes next!
